A Myofascial Journey and Restorative Movement

We’re teaming up with Oli Howker, our go-to wizard of yoga + myofascial magic, for a 2-hour deep dive into movement, release, and rest. This is your official permission slip to slow down, stretch out, and soften up. This workshop is for the tight-shouldered, the frazzled, the sore-bodied, and the curious movers who want to feel just a little more human again.

Expect a blend of feel-good techniques to help you melt tension, wake up your fascia, and drop into weekend chill mode.

In the workshop you can expect:

☁︎ Breath work (pranayama)

☁︎ Gentle yoga & juicy flows: nothing wild—just enough to shake off the dust

☁︎ Myofascial release: we’ll get into those stubborn spots with self-massage using trigger point balls (hurts so good)

☁︎ Yin yoga: slow, dreamy, still. Long holds + big exhales

☁︎ A quiet, restful savasana

With a full two hours to play with, we’ll have the space to really sink in, getting into those deeper, often-neglected spots that don’t get much love in a regular session.

You’ll get to know your body better, feel into what’s tight or tender, and work with guidance from Oli, our seasoned myofascial release pro.
