To help you understand the intensity of each class, look for the symbols below on the timetable:

Low intensity – gentle and accessible for beginners

YIN

  • Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, promote joint mobility, and encourage stillness. Expect a calming, introspective class focused on deep release, mindful breathing, and inner awareness—ideal for stress relief and restoring balance.

    Suitable for experienced students seeking a mild practice

  • Slow

    Slower classes give more time to understand instruction and generally there will be more time held in each position. Think meditation, floor postures, gentle movement and stillness.

  • Morning Rituals are intentional practices done at the start of the day to center the mind, awaken the body, and set a positive tone. In a class setting, expect a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, or mindful routines designed to boost energy, clarity, and emotional balance, creating a calm, grounded foundation for the day ahead.

FLOW TO RESTORE

  • Flow and Restore is a gentle, slow moving practice that will help you climb down from the pace of the week. We will begin with some familiar and accessible poses in a rhythmic slow-flow style, to soften the body and unlock any tension. From there we will move into a few carefully chosen Yin holds, to encourage integration and release. As always, we will end with a yummy Savasana. This class is here to support your ease into the weekend and provide a nourishing alternative to a busy Friday night!

JIVAMUKTI: SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

  • Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior is a set sequence class within the Jivamukti Yoga method, designed to be a compact, physically challenging, and spiritually uplifting yoga practice.

vinyasa

  • Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, energising style of yoga that links breath with movement in a continuous sequence of poses. Expect a flowing class that builds heat, strength, and flexibility, often set to music, with a focus on smooth transitions, alignment, and mindful presence. Suitable for those seeking both physical challenge and mental focus.

    We offer varying paces of vinyasa, from dynamic to chill to dial the practice up or down. Check the timetable for chill vinyasa, dynamic vinyasa and advanced vinyasa.

    We offer advanced vinyasa and also a slower pace vinyasa suitable for beginners.

  • Can be slow and gentle or dynamic depending on which vinyasa you choose. Look for our variations of vinyasa on the timetable.

SLOW FLOW

  • A steady-paced, ground-up yoga class. Including flowing movement and poses, this class will begin with meditation and breath, then move into flow and slow heat-building. Expect evocative music, good vibes and plenty of opportunity for exploration and rest too.

MYOFAsCIAL RELEASE TECHNIQUE

  • Myofascial Release is a therapeutic practice that uses sustained pressure and gentle movements to release tension in the fascia, the body’s connective tissue network. Expect a slow, targeted class using tools like balls or props to ease tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery. Ideal for relieving chronic tension, increasing body awareness, and enhancing overall movement quality.

THE WEEKEND FLOW

  • The Weekend Flow is a 75-minute, long-form Vinyasa class designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Move through a steady yet powerful sequence that seamlessly connects breath and movement, combining playful balances, grounding poses and playful transitions in-between. This feel-good flow sets a positive tone for your weekend and ends with the long, unrushed savasana we all need more of.
