Flow and Restore is a gentle, slow moving practice that will help you climb down from the pace of the week. We will begin with some familiar and accessible poses in a rhythmic slow-flow style, to soften the body and unlock any tension. From there we will move into a few carefully chosen Yin holds, to encourage integration and release. As always, we will end with a yummy Savasana. This class is here to support your ease into the weekend and provide a nourishing alternative to a busy Friday night!
