Inner Tides is a space to stop fighting. To let yourself ebb. To trust that what goes out will come back in, and that you are allowed to move with your own rhythm instead of against it. This is not a retreat to fix you. It's a retreat to remind you that you were never broken — only pulled, like everything alive, by forces larger and older than yourself.

Just outside Ericeira, we'll settle into an off-grid haven for 4 nights… no noise, no notifications, just you and the world around you. Time to wander among the trees and breathe in the ocean air when we visit the coast.

Day Five 14.06

On the last morning, we end with one last extended practice. We explore the journey we’ve been on, how we’ve navigated from one direction back to centre. We’ve found the place that feels comforting and safe and we’ve learned what our anchors are to bring us back to that place every time.
