Just outside Ericeira, we'll settle into an off-grid haven for 4 nights… no noise, no notifications, just you and the world around you. Time to wander among the trees and breathe in the ocean air when we visit the coast.

THEME: what stays when the tide rolls out?
Day Five 14.06On the last morning, we end with one last extended practice. We explore the journey we’ve been on, how we’ve navigated from one direction back to centre. We’ve found the place that feels comforting and safe and we’ve learned what our anchors are to bring us back to that place every time.
