A private, two-part yoga experience designed entirely around you. Your goals, your body, and your pace.

Two Sessions

This isn't a drop-in class. It's a personalised practice built just for you, delivered over two short sessions.

Session One: Consultation (20–30 minutes)

We start with a conversation, either online or in person. I'll ask about what brought you here — whether that's easing back pain, managing stress, improving flexibility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body. We'll also cover any injuries, conditions, or areas to be mindful of, so everything that follows is safe and suited to you.

There's no mat work in this session. It's just about understanding what you need.

Between Sessions

Using what we discussed, I'll design a sequence of six stretches, breathwork, and asanas chosen specifically for your goal. Nothing generic — every element is there for a reason, and I'll be ready to explain why when we meet.

Session Two: Your Private Practice (45–60 minutes)

This is where we put the plan into action. I'll guide you through each of the six elements one by one, adjusting your form as we go and explaining the purpose behind each movement or breath. You'll leave with cues you can recall on your own.

What You Take Away

At the end of session two, you'll receive a one-page summary of your personalised sequence poses, breathwork, and the reasoning behind each — so you can keep practising independently between visits.

Before You Book

A few things to know:

  • No experience necessary. Sequences are built for your current ability, whether that's your first time on a mat or you've been practising for years.

  • Comfort first. Wear whatever you can move freely in. If we're meeting in person, I'll let you know what to bring.

  • This is collaborative. Speak up during the consultation — the more I understand, the more useful your sequence will be.

  • Pacing is yours to set. If something doesn't feel right at any point, we adjust on the spot.
